The retention rate is approximately 90%. Over 75% of AAC's workforce has a college degree.

AAC offers a generous paid time off/holiday package. Additionally AAC participates in a summer 9/80 program where employees work compressed work weeks and the office is closed every other Friday throughout the summer.

AAC offers a competitive 401K plan. Which offers an excellent way for employees to save money for retirement on a pre-tax basis, accumulate tax-deferred earnings, and receive a discretionary company match. Eligible employees are vested in the Company matching contributions and earnings after three years of service.

AAC has established a tuition assistance program, where eligible employees can receive 100% reimbursement for tuition expenses.
