Job Responsibilities:
- Performed general facility maintenance and repairs
- Painting and Spackling
- Assist in the loading and unloading of material in shipping and receiving
- Maintain all conference rooms and cafeteria
- Maintain all water coolers (refill, stock cups, clean)
- Fill paper by all printers and keep stocked
- Garbage removal
- Perform basic troubleshooting when needed
- Assist in setting up conference rooms for guests
- Organize equipment and material
- Change light bulbs, keep stocked
- Install whiteboards, corkboards, pictures as requested
- Help prepare offices and cubicles as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Skills, Knowledge and Education required for this position:
- 3+ years maintenance experience
- Experience painting
- Experience with repairs
